Rapier Prize Tourney

Cut and Thrust Prize Tourney

  1. MIC: Don Armand Chavez de Castille
  2. 'Hold the Field' double round robin
  3. Prize: supplied by Don Armand
  4. Single Sword, Sword and Buckler, Sword and Cloak; Two-handed Sword
  5. Optional 'Cloak as Proof' rule will be used

Three Man Rapier Melee Tourney

  1. MIC: Don Armand Chavez de Castille
  2. Multi-scenario
  3. Prize: one Cloak, one Buckler, one Dagger; supplied by Don Armand
  4. Team signs up as a Sword and Cloak, Sword and Buckler and Sword and Dagger

Invite Tourney

  1. MIC: Feradoch
  2. OWS and Landed Champions only
  3. Single Elimination, Single Sword
  4. Fighters get 5 coins for Shire Champion, 10 for Baronial, 15 for Principality, 20 for Kingdom. These coins are given to their Patron or representative.
  5. OWS do not get coins (unless a Landed Champion as well), but they have choice of weapons.
  6. Patrons may buy a defensive secondary for 1-coin, dagger for 2-coins and/or life for 3-coins.
  7. Gambling is encouraged
  8. Reduced Armour Experiment will be in use; all fighters responsible to make sure their tips conform to the RAE requirements
  9. Prize – All entrants need to contribute a Prize for the Prize Basket; Winner takes all

Roving Duello - run it like the Challenge of the Lion, but only takes place at Egil's

  1. MIC:
  2. one (or more) garter(s); supplied by Msgr. Chrestien
  3. 'hot potato' format - you must answer any challenge within the hour or pass on the garter(certain hours exempt)
  4. last person to have it before prize court gets to keep it
  5. need two fighters and at least a junior marshal to have a duel, challenger must supply marshal
